🎓 Greater Castle Academy – Tuition, Awards & Scholarships

COURSE FEES:
Full-Time Course Fee – 3 + Core Classes and 2 Electives: $5250/year per student 
Part-Time Course Fee – up to 2 Core Classes and 2 Electives: $3000/year per student

There is a 15% discount for the 2nd student enrolled within the same household.

Payment Plan options are available for 2, 10, & 12 monthly installments

All Enrollment Fees INCLUDE student textbooks, supplies and lab materials. (Additional supplies may be needed, depending upon course selections).

🌉Bridges to Brighter Futures Award – Grades Eligible 6th -12th
For first-generation students who are on the path to potentially become their first generation to graduate high school; or for those overcoming hardship – this award offers a path to success through private education.


🌻The Sunflower Scholarship
Named in memory of a beloved mother and teacher assistant, Mrs. Comegys. The Sunflower Scholarship honors her legacy of love, patience, and nurturing spirit.  She uplifted every student with quiet strength and compassion, believing in the potential of all children.  This scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates kindness, empathy, and a heart for helping others; shining light just as she did in every classroom she touched.

 

đź‘ŞCastle Siblings Scholarship
The Castle Siblings Scholarship supports families with 2 or more children enrolled full-time at Greater Castle Academy during the same school year. It honors the strength of family commitment to education and the shared pursuit of excellence.
To qualify, all enrolled siblings must maintain academic excellence, demonstrate good character, and remain in good standing with at least one full-time student enrollment.
This scholarship reflects our belief that strong families build strong communities – and that greatness grows together.

 

🚪Open Doors Opportunity Award
For students from low-income or socio-economically disadvantaged families who embody the values of hard work, kindness, and community.

 

⛰️Greater Heights Scholarship
Awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and a strong commitment to personal growth.  This scholarship recognizes those who aim higher and inspire others to do the same.

Presented to students who show exceptional creativity, forward-thinking, and leadership in academics, innovation, or social impact.

School and Student Services® (SSS) by VenturEd Solutions – helps us assess financial aid with speed and confidence.
With a direct IRS integration, families can authorize tax data in under 60 seconds.

Deadline: August 15, 2025

The financial aid application process takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

  3. Sections 1–4: Family Information
    ➤ Complete all required fields for your household and student(s).

  4. Section 5: School Selection
    ➤ Type in our School Partner Code: 201289
    ➤ Click “Find Partner”
    ➤ Select Greater Castle Academy from the drop-down list.
    ➤ Choose:

    • “Day” for Full-Time Enrollment

    • “Half Day” for Part-Time Enrollment

  5. Complete ALL Financial Sections & Submit
    ➤ You may “Save & Exit” and return later if needed.
    ➤ There is a $60.00 Application Fee (paid to SSS & TADS).

3) 529 Savings Plan for Private School Tuition

Planning for your child’s education just got easier! Parents can now use a 529 College Savings Plan to help cover private school tuition for K–12 education, including enrollment at Greater Castle Academy.

What is a 529 Plan?
A 529 Plan is a tax-advantaged savings account designed to help families save for education expenses. While traditionally used for college costs, current federal law allows families to use up to $10,000 per year, per student to pay for tuition at an eligible K–12 private school.
