Our Counseling Services with our partner, Tomaro’s CHANGE, focuses on helping students who are facing challenges, including: family changes, grief & loss, neurodiverse learning abilities (ADD, ADHD, autism, dyslexia & more), past bullying, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, academic pressures, and social difficulties.

Mission & Perspective
Mission – Tammy R. Davis, Founder & CEO, executed the school in 2013 with the vision that no child should be left behind. The school offers integrated curricula that services ALL students individualized neurodiverse learning abilities, beliefs, & developmental domains, all in a loving & nurturing environment.
Perspective –The school is a community of teachers, staff and students committed to a particular mission imposed by concise research and impeccable results. In addition, the school provides a comprehensive moral and intellectual education for all students..
High Quality Education
Our teacher/student ratio is 1:8. This allows for better academic results through intimate teaching, individualized directed learning, flexible pacing and increased self-esteem. Students in the extensive Diploma Program receive Full-Service guidance of curricula planning during the high school years and assistance with all future plans after graduation. The Capstone educational modality is completed with an accredited transcript throughout high school and upon graduation.

Implementing Progressive Learning:
A student may be able to recite the different parts of a cell without truly understanding how a cell functions. Progressive learning uses integrated curricula that allows students to approach concepts and content thoroughly from multiple perspectives; deepening their conceptual understanding of each subject.
TEACHER OBJECTIVES
While teaching an integrated curriculum, the following objectives are intermingled:

- REHEARSE – Rehearse and extend new skills, showing each scholar how to rehearse with new people and things.
- CELEBRATE – Celebrate developmental domains, learning new skills and becoming a unique individual.
- PROTECT – Protect from inappropriate disapproval, teasing, neglect, or punishment.
- GUIDE – Guide behavior to keep each scholar safe and teach what’s acceptable as a responsible, caring person and citizen.
- COMMUNICATE – Communicate richly and responsively with words, songs, literature, and media to introduce each scholar to the world of language and its many uses.
- WE ENSURE these topics are embedded in our vital work to ensure engagement, along with meaningful and relevant learning is foremost. Our objectives allow our scholars to develop and prosper with a healthy, knowledgeable and cultural understanding of the world around them.
